Stefano Lalomia is a founding partner of LFC Studio Legale.
Since 1995 he has been carrying out his professional activity exclusively in criminal law, refining his professional experience in the field of economic criminal law.
Always interested in the deepening of fiscal and accounting aspects, in the field of corporate, tax and financial crimes he has participated in numerous trials regarding allegations of stock manipulation, fraudulent certification of financial statements, false accounting, obstacle to supervisory activity and false prospectus of various companies listed on the stock exchange and not.
In the field of crimes against the Public Administration, he has gained significant professional experience in various processes for corruption and in the area of public procurement criminal law.
The interest in corporate governance issues and the concrete experience gained in criminal proceedings for offenses assuming the responsibility of the Entities pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 have resulted in participation in the drafting and implementation of the organizational models of various commercial companies and in the participation in supervisory bodies.
He has been a member of the Milan Bar since 1999 and has been enrolled in the Register of Cassationists since 2012.
He was a member of the editorial board of the magazine “Il Foro Ambrosiano” and from 2009 to 2015 of the Scientific and Organizational Committee of the School for Criminal Defense for the suitability for office defense of the Milan Bar Association and of the Criminal Chamber of Milan.
In 2017 and iin 2019 he was elected to the Board of Directors of the Criminal Chamber of Milan where he assumed the proxies regarding relations with the Judicial Offices and with the district coordination of the Criminal Chambers of the District of the Milan Court of Appeal.
Since 2018 he has been a member of the Board of Auditors of the Union of Italian Criminal Chambers.
